The project is co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund and the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities in the role of the intermediate body. The project is implemented under the 8th priority axis "Promoting employment and supporting transnational labor mobility", priority investments 8.1 "Sustainable integration of young people and youth guarantee" and the specific objective 8.1.2. "Reducing youth unemployment" Operational Programme for the implementation of the cohesion policy for the period 2014 - 2020 (OP20.00002).

Purpose

 

Purpose of the project is increasing of employability for people with the level and type of education, which is required for professional workers in the Social Security Act (Official Gazette of RS, Nos. 3/07 - official consolidated text, 23/07 - corr., 41/07 - corr ., 61/10 - ZSVarPre, 62/10 - ZUPJS and 57/12, hereinafter: SSA) and the strengthening of the social welfare sector for the implementation of various social programs and thereby ensure better quality of service for users of social programs.

Project goal

 

The project goal is to employ more than 100 first-time jobseekers - internships in the field of social protection, in accordance with the Social Security Act, for a maximum period of 12 months, with the aim of acquiring and enhancing their skills, knowledge, skills and expertise in order to carry out internships and professional exam, which is a statutory requirement for employment in the field of social security. Internship employment contract concluded for the period of apprenticeship with the employer in accordance with the law governing labor relations for full-time 12 months job.
